Your role
We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- Support Client Advisors in UK & Jersey
- Receive client orders, including securities and FX, on an execution only basis
- Ensuring that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed accurately
- Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- Dealing directly with external and internal clients

Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
- high attention to detail, even when under pressure
You have:
- a RDR compliant level 4 qualification or above (e.g. CISI level 4 Investment Advice diploma or PCIAM level 6)
- a firm grasp of financial markets, back office processes and regulatory frameworks
- familiarity with dealing on an execution only basis
