London / Hybrid Working
£30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

We are distributed in 26 countries with our largest market being the USA which paves the way for our 1st store in LA within the next 6-12 months.
The CRM Manager Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical CRM Manager to oversee all customer relationship management activities for our e-commerce business.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, as well as analysing customer data to identify trends and insights that inform targeted marketing campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in CRM and e-commerce, with experience in customer segmentation, email marketing, and data analysis. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive customer retention and loyalty
+ Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform targeted marketing campaigns
+ Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer interactions are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance customer relationships
About You:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience in CRM and e-commerce
+ Strong experience in customer segmentation and email marketing
+ Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
+ Excellent communication and project management skills
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
