Job description
An entry level role to join a fast paced email marketing team. Full training will be given so that the CRM exec can manage their clients email campaigns end to end and ensure all deadlines are met. They will monitor the overall performance across all email campaigns and help with planning, developing and delivering CRM strategies to ensure maximum profitability, maximise customer lifetime value strategies and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results.
They will be required to build a strong rapport with the sales team, to help achieve the monthly targets, attend client meetings internally/ externally, run email insight workshops to help increase our clients email knowledge whilst building on our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for managing the entire end to end email campaign process for your clients.
- Managing campaign schedules of up to 50 campaigns per week, ensuring all client requirements are met and campaigns are delivered correctly.
- Quoting email counts, processing client orders and updating client records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Thoroughly proofing and testing through Litmus and amending HTML creatives where necessary.
- Advising clients on creatives and carry out testing to continually improve campaign performance.
- Tracking the number of bookings, booking volumes and revenue for your clients and come up with new strategies to convert further business.
- Building strong relationships with the sales team and acting as a conduit between sales and the client for campaign processing and best practise advice.
- Work with the team on implementing new strategic propositions including customer life cycle triggered campaigns, reporting and optimising as needed to maximise engagement and drive revenue.
- Understand the importance of segmentation to enhance and create new audiences based on the data available, delivering the right message at the right time to our users.

Desired skills:
- Experience coding HTML for email campaigns, including responsive design
- Previous experience working with SFDC
- Knowledge of DreamWeaver and Photoshop
- Experience working with ESPs
- Prior marketing or account management experience - especially within email marketing or an agency context
- Experience with high level data entry and working within strict processes
