Event Crew Member – ASAP start

Based in London, this role requires travel within the city and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for assisting with the setup and dismantling of equipment at various locations, as well as being prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Our work involves setting up entertainment and display arrangements for a variety of live events.
About the Role:
· Setting up and break down of live events
· Loading and unloading vans / trucks
· Rigging / De-rigging of AV equipment
· Set Building (Carpentry work)
Key Requirements:
- Must be self-employed with a UTR Number
- Must have 5 years minimum experience as a freelancer in Live Events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
- Must be over 18 years old
Additional skills that would be beneficial:
- Experience as a plant operative (MEWPS, NPORS, IPAF, PASMA)
- Van and truck driving skills (over 25 years old)
- Carpentry experience
- Qualified rigger
- Background in audio/visual work
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £12.00-£18.50 per hour
