We’re currently on the lookout for a Junior Designer to help support our growth, as we continue to take on more creative and design-led clients and projects.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, and passionate Junior Designer with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creative design to join our exciting and evolving Design team.
You will be working under the supervision of the Creative Lead, and be tasked with contributing towards early phases of creative projects (e.g. conceptualisation, idea development and UX design) all the way through to final design solutions (e.g. creative assets, UI interfaces).
Collaborating with other teams of our digital marketing experts, you will have the creative flair and logical approach to help interpret and develop client briefs into design solutions that not only look great but meet the clients’ briefs.
This is an executive-level position that is perfect for someone who has 1+ year's graphic design experience, who is eager to learn and develop their skills and looking to take the next step. The team is led by an experienced Creative Lead keen to develop a strong in-house design team.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with our Creative Lead on client projects, and honing your skills in UX/UI design, branding and digital graphic design.
- Understand and interpret project requirements and concepts
- Produce high-quality final design solutions (e.g. wireframes, creative assets, interfaces)
- Contribute to projects with creative ideas
- Ad hoc design tasks (e.g. assets for internal use)
- Use feedback from team members to improve
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year’s experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe CC etc)
- Team spirit; strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various team members and clients
- Keen eye for detail
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Organised and logical approach
- Good time management skills
- Eager to learn and improve skills
- Good at taking on board feedback and implementing changes
- Degree in Design or related field

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
