Service Delivery Manager – High Wycombe
BlueGate are currently urgently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for our international engineering client based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
You will have significant experience in service delivery management, ideally within the retail or banking sector and qualified in ITIL.
You will be the primary interface between clients and service providers, both internal and external, to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Key Responsibilities – Service Delivery Manager – High Wycombe
- You will be Producing SLAs, containing appropriate service definitions, KPI’s and commercial frameworks
- Supporting and managing a selection of key external service providers
- Producing Service reports and driving associated customer billing and supplier purchase orders
- Service Transition management to ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers, service providers and services
- Qualified in ITIL preferred
- Background in retail or banking would be ideal but not necessary
