Salary: £35,100 + 30% Flex = £45,630.

About the role?
The role is responsible for the delivery of train crew in the right place at the right time. We manage a variety of grades from, Drivers, Guards and Catering Colleagues across the entire GWR network.
Our team manage the running of the resource desk, working in tandem with our Train Service- Delivery colleagues as well as forward planning the service, implementation of emergency train plans, managing the service during disruption and service recovery as well as dealing with colleagues who can at times need added support and various administration duties.
The role is fast paced and in demand, the team play a vital part in delivery of the timetable for our customers along with balancing the needs of our crew. The role is desk based and we use various computer packages unique to the railway. Once on shift, you take control and manage the crew in your designated area, on our network.

Applicants must also meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the role of Crew Delivery Manager.
- Be naturally proactive with a good eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the GWR network.
- Having the ability to pass safety critical information to colleagues by phone.
- Computer literate ideally in Office 365 (Trust, CrewPlan and Integrale training will be provided)
- Professional, clear communication and interpersonal skills
