Production Operative role details:
- Gathering and processing ingredients to the required standards
- Weighing product to ensure consistency
- Ensuring the packaging of products meets the correct specification
- Maintaining hygiene standards throughout the production area
- The ability to communicate and work effectively
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Prioritise and manage your own workload
