About the role
Reporting to the Managing Directors you will be working as the sole Operations Manager of the company, in control of the daily operations, function and direction of an expanding multi restaurant chain business. Your key duties will include the following:
- Creating and acting out a solid operational plan for the smooth launch of all future branches/locations
- Monitoring active restaurants, liaising with Area Managers/Restaurant Managers, ensuring the success of each branch/location
- Responsible for the hiring, training and managing of Area Managers & Restaurant Managers
- Ensuring all locations adhere to company policy, and are compliant in all aspects of food safety, and health & safety
- Ensuring food quality is kept to the highest standard across all locations
- Monitoring revenue reports for each location and implementing any necessary changes to the business model where improvements are possible
- Directly or indirectly performing regular site audits
- Liaising with Company Directors, offering guidance on the direction of the business as a whole
- Working closely with all company departments such as HR, Payroll, Accounting, Recruitment & Marketing ensuring the smooth daily operation of the business
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a well rounded professional with years of experience within the industry and specifically within the senior management of a multi fast food restaurant chain. Our company is up and coming and expanding quickly, proven successful, we now require the expertise of an individual with bags of experience within a similar role to take the business to the next level. Reporting only to the Company Directors, you will be the most senior member of the entire company and so should have the ability to control and monitor the daily operations of the business as a whole. You should have the ability to control and overlook the expansion of a multi restaurant chain business, allowing for the quick and smooth launch of multiple restaurants/locations each year. You should also have experience in the management and training of Area Managers & Restaurant Managers. Finally we’re looking for an individual with a general passion for great food, warm hospitality and an understanding of what modern day society is looking for, not only within their dining experience, but also within a modern marketing presence that encourages people to walk through the door.
