We are recruiting for a Credit Controller for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is wishing to develop their skills by joining an expert team.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting cash through telephone, letters and liaison with the depot network
• Disputing management
• Weekly, monthly and adhoc management reporting
• Ensuring compliance with risk insurance policy
• Completing ongoing credit and risk assessment to reduce bad debt
• Implementing actions plans to facilitate collection of overdue balances
• Referring accounts to debt recovery specialists

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous proven credit control experience
• Have an excellent telephone manner/communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst producing thorough work
