LKQ Collision & Coatings Account Manager - Hampshire & West Sussex
The Account Manager for LKQ Coatings and Collision will be specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across the branch network’s existing and potential customer base, whilst maximising profitable sales of paint, consumables, aftermarket parts, tools and equipment and services. As an industry expert, the role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the targeted territory.
Key Accountabilities:
- Delivering LKQ Coatings and Collisions proposition to grow sales of paint, consumables, parts, tools, equipment and services
- Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Euro Car Parts’ channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity both internally and externally
- Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch specific geographical areas
- You will be responsible for conducting customer account reviews with a focus on monthly spend and margin
- You will be developing positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders whilst maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket
- Your role will be to act as a key member of the LKQ Euro Car Parts’ Business Development team, actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values of the team to drive effective teamwork across the business
Experience needed:
- Previous Account Management or Business Development experience
- Knowledge of the automotive/bodyshop industry
- Have a customer first mindset
