Design Team Overview
The Creative team at Preqin is responsible for providing creative solutions across Marketing, product, and other business departments. As the custodians of the Preqin brand, the team plays a vital role in maintaining brand consistency and engaging visual content.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our expanding design department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design and marketing, capable of producing innovative and visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity. Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, You will work collaboratively with designers, marketing, and content teams to create impactful collateral across various touchpoints, both digital and print.
Responsibilities:

Design Excellence:
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively
- Develop marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, motion design pieces, and more
- Produce design work that adheres to established brand guidelines while introducing fresh and creative elements.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with marketing teams, product designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews and share progress with peers and supervisors.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure designs align with the established brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency
- Contribute to refining and enhancing the brand identitE and guidelines as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in design workshops
Qualifications:
You are a good fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a design or design-related field
- 4+ Years of relevant industry experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Attention to detail and have theability to balance aesthetics and functionality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
