About Atos’s Digital Transformation Consulting practice (DTC)
As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.

What we offer
With this role you will join the Digital Strategy and Experience practice within the DTC team. This practice is responsible for leading our clients on a journey to create their vision and define their digital strategy and transformation roadmap. We use design thinking and a customer experience led journey approach to what we do. We develop outcomes based on discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product design and delivery management.
About the role
We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to create and design the creation of a transformation portfolio and roadmap to achieve strategic shifts and an appreciation of the opportunities technology constraints can bring across web/mobile/enterprise/emerging digital concepts.
Required skill set and experience
5-7 years of experience in developing digital strategy, experience design and transformation roadmaps
Ability to build quantitative and qualitative research to create evidence-based design and assess challenges faced by organisations in today’s digital market (spanning industry, market, competition and customer)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to prioritise complex outcomes and apply both a macro and micro lens to an organisation’s challenges
Strong facilitation skills using Design Thinking/ Human Centred Design or similar techniques to elicit innovation solutions that solve customer problems
Experience defining design systems/patterns and an understanding of customer best practice
Ability to work across the end-to-end design lifecycle from strategy, ideation, information architecture, wireframes/prototypes, UI content creation, art working, quality checking
Ability to lead, engage and build relationships across a matrix team and with customers at c-suite level
Experience of bid development through working in pre-sale solution development and opportunity design proposals
This role is UK based and may require travel if the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
