Rituals is looking for a high calibre Counter Manager to join our new team in Fraser's Bluewater
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Counter Manager you carry the final responsibility for achieving operational and financial measures such as Conversion, ATV and Mystery Shop Results. You embrace our service philosophy and ensure you and advise our customers about our products and Rituals philosophy, in order to ensure all customers receive the highest level of customer care.
Part of your role will be to implement various innovative experiences that drive enhanced consumer action, to make the brand known to the wider market resulting in an increased awareness and customer engagement. You will inspire your teams to actively carry out our Brand Activation philosophies, in order to form long-term emotional connections to inspire them to become future brand ambassadors.
Furthermore, you will ensure continued success by constantly coaching your team and leading by example through shop floor management. You are the example for the team and report to the Senior Counter Manager, who is your mentor and the person who helps you grow.
REQUIREMENTS
Multiple years of experience in a coaching and leadership, acquired as a Counter Manager or Branch Manager in the retail/service industry.
Experience managing a busy counter, with multiple product lines.
Strong and authentic communication and sales skills.
Exceeding KPI's such as Conversion, ATV and Mystery Shop results.
Flexible employability. Our stores have ample opening hours, you want and can work weekdays and weekends.
You operate with honesty and integrity.
You are keen to be the ‘best in class’ within your profession.
You are flexible, pro-active and you enjoy creating meaningful moments for our customers.
Furthermore, you are a team player and prepared to work during the weekend and busy times like the Christmas period.
HOURS
37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week.
