Here at Fastlane Autocare, we are looking for a sales advisor to join our team. We are growing and expanding quickly and need a hardworking individual to help us deliver the best customer service to our customers.
We offer a massive variety of services and repairs for cars, bikes, vans, trucks, boats, campervans, motorhomes, and classic cars.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Ability to use online selling platforms.
- Communication between the workshop and customers.
- Organisation with allocating jobs and managing workload.
- To use our online chat facility.
- Regularly updating customers on repairs being carried out.
- Will be required to up-sell and offer customers recommendations on extra work.
- To be self driven and motivated in achieving set targets.
- Work well under pressure.
- Making sure the online booking system is kept up to date.
- Use all methods of customer communication, including online bookings, phone calls, and in-person interactions, to schedule and book appointments.
- Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate product or service to meet their needs.
- Maintain the customer database.
Job Details
- Working hours 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (Saturday 8am-1pm)
- Bonus to be paid on individual set targets

- Previous experience working in the Automotive.
