Job description
To project manage Gas Seal Refurbishment projects from point of project handover from commercial team to shipment of goods. To ensure all steps are undertaken to meet project target deadlines and internal delivery performance targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with commercial team to ensure swift and clean handover of project
- To read inspection reports and liaise with Operations team if required to ensure correct replacement components/parts are loaded onto ordering system for Operations team to refurbish seals
- To load correct parts onto ordering system noting individual lead times for each part
- To book in relevant testing slots into the test plan 2 weeks after components are due in
- To liaise with purchasing teams and operational teams to ensure all components are on track from suppliers/in house modifications are on track to meet testing slot deadline
- To project manage all of the above aspects with all of the relevant internal teams
- To fully communicate with the internal customer (sister site who have placed the order) throughout the process with updates
- To arrange all system administration, shipping paperwork and customs paperwork as required
- To forecast projects in advance over the next quarter
- All other tasks as necessary

The Individual
- Experience of account management/overseeing projects/project management from manufacturing company
- Experience with mid or long terms project (approx. 3 months)
- Strong Excel skills
- Fantastic communication skills and Customer Service Focused
- Technically minded
- Team player
- Knowledge or technical drawing is advantageous
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
