We are FBC, Fox's Burton's Companies! ……(and we bake the UK's most incredible biscuits (we might be slightly biased, but we will leave that for you to judge).
FBC was a match made in heaven, with two of the top UK biscuits manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company.

What does your typical day look like?
This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Talent Acquisition team with FBC UK . Talent acquisition is a key focus, with continuous improvements and working together to provide a world class experience to our candidates and stakeholders. The Talent acquisition function also incorporates employer branding, onboarding and relationship management.
This role will be based in St Albans/London NW on a hybrid work pattern.
Travel to our 8 sites, as well as University partner sites throughout the UK is required.
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and sound understanding of the recruitment life cycle
- Comfortable with stakeholder management at all levels, being able to educate and influence
- Preparing and placing effective advertisements , ensuring they encourage diversity of applications.
- Proven experience of competency based interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Digitally savvy and experience in pro-active and direct candidate sourcing using a variety of channels, tools and methods including ATS
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to measure and improve efficiencies and provide regular updates to the team
- A DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassador at heart and a strong work ethic
