About us and the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Warwickshire Music Service. We are looking to recruit an experienced Music Therapist to join our team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for 6 months. You will work independently with children with a variety of SEND needs in a Catholic Primary School for half a day. The children’s needs include ASD, Downs Syndrome and EBS. This will involve liaison with school SENCo and observations/annual review attendance/report writing.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and able to engage well with the students. The candidate must be HCPC registered and demonstrate a dynamic, creative, and flexible approach. The role has monthly professional supervision costs included, and mileage costs are subsidised.
