Corporate FX Sales
London
As a Barclays member of Corporate FX Sales team, you will build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in businesses at Financial Director and Managing Director level, deliver exceptional customer service and become a partner to clients to help with their FX needs. In your role, you need to have knowledge of competitor threats, FX pricing and technical/systems enhancements. You will also champion innovation and escalate to appropriate areas of the Group with thoughts on improvements/resolutions to retain/grow market share.

• Developing relationships with key stakeholders to present strategic direction of the FX proposition
- Using extensive knowledge of FX markets and external providers to drive wallet share and FX turnover through colleague engagement
- Delivering exceptional customer service actively, and acting as a partner to clients in to help with their FX needs
- Negotiating FX pricing in line with our Pricing Framework whilst also considering the delivery channel and wider commercial implications to the Group
- Analysing client’s business and trading patterns to identify solutions for new FX needs or increase wallet share
- Managing the end to end sales process from initial contact to post-sales support
• A background or knowledge of Foreign Exchange in a sales position
- Experience in managing a customer portfolio with positive results, an ability to work in a busy sales environment and meet tight deadline
- Experience and working knowledge of internal MI systems, highly numerate and financially literate, and a background or knowledge of Foreign Exchange in a sales position

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
