Job description
- Develop best-in-class, 1:1 CRM campaigns for multiple audiences, multiple journeys, and multiple business channels / digital platforms, across multiple brands
- Use your understanding of personalization, customer segmentation and modular design best practices to create value-added emails that enhance acquisition and build loyalty
- Understand the editorial process, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards
- Conceptualize and collaborate with the ACD, Art Director as a strong team, as well as designers, strategists, project managers, integrated producers, and the account team to ensure that client expectations and business objectives are consistently exceeded
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality control throughout all phases of project development
- Effectively articulate and champion creative concepts when presenting to clients
- Keep up to date on emerging technologies, trends, and platforms
- Maintain an active curiosity for the application and integration of data, technology and strategy to the agency’s creative output
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 – 4 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Proactive, self-starter who can deliver transformative campaigns for some of the world’s most respected brands
- A strong desire to do award-winning work
- Excellent writing, editing and research skills, with a passion for storytelling
- Understand the power, potential and persuasiveness of data-driven creative
- Demonstrated capacity to distill large amounts of content into compelling copy
- Solutions-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision
- Current with best practices in eCRM, digital media, social media, and email
- Post-secondary degree in Advertising, English, Fine Arts, or related field
- Strong organizational, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
