The Position

Are you ready to take up a pivotal role at the helm of a world-renowned, five-star hotel? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as Night Receptionist.

Helping to ensure the seamless running of the overnight front office, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable stay for our guests, exceeding Rocco Forte Hotels’ exceptionally high standards of service, discretion and care. In doing so, you will work along side the Night Manager and other Night team members.

You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, dealing with requests and enquiries, cash handling and answering the telephone. You will also carry out the night audit function and ensure that maximum guest comfort and satisfaction is achieved at all times by providing exceptional five star service.

You will bring with you exceptional communication and organisational skills, and the essential ability to work within a team. In turn, you will receive the support to build on your experience and develop your skills as a front office specialist.

Currently working in a similar role you will be customer focused with a professional and approachable manner with the ability to establish positive relations and rapport quickly. You must be able to multi-task under pressure and be a confident communicator at all levels. This is a full time role working 39 hours per week.

Flexibility in this role is essential as the hours of work include weekends and operate with the earliest start time being 10pm and the latest finish time being 8am.
