Contracts Manager – North London and Northern Home Counties –– Salary up to £110k + Package

An up-and-coming house builder building brilliant homes and bespoke builds require a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of projects across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and North London.

The company was founded by ex-directors of a Tier 1 Developer and have been going from strength to strength, looking to double their workforce in the next 12-18 months due to increased work load.

Project: You will be brought in as the Contracts Manager to oversee Residential, private and affordable housing projects.

Contracts Manager Experience Required: Residential New Build experience for Main Contractors and Developers
