Who we are looking for
An International Content Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of tasks and projects for our Help, Responsible Gambling and Careers sites.
Completing the daily planning and coordinating the team’s workload you will oversee all tasks and projects to ensure they are completed accurately and to agreed deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordination, or similar, be able to work to tight deadlines, have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise multiple, simultaneous demands and deliver on deadlines whilst adapting to ever changing requirements at short notice.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound, logical decisions within a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually with a proactive mindset.
Good knowledge of sports betting and gaming.
Knowledge of the JIRA platform would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities
Coordinating a wide range of work for our platforms.
Monitoring the Help team workload.
Supporting the International Content Supervisors.
Identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
Arranging testing for all domains available on the Help, Responsible Gambling and Careers sites.
Consistently working to high standards and assisting in the creation of those standards.
Liaising with the Design team to ensure supporting imagery is requested and supplied for relevant site content items.
