We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills in various aspects of business administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with managing correspondence, both incoming and outgoing.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative environment is a plus but not required.

Training and Support:
Next Level Training will provide comprehensive training and support throughout your 16-month apprenticeship period. This includes:
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard (14 months)
- Functional skills development in English, math, and ICT (if applicable)
- Employability skills training
- Workshops and training days at our academy and online.
- Tutor-led workplace assessments and ongoing support
