Gallery 1 has an exciting opening for a Digital Content Coordinator! This position will be responsible for planning and creating digital content to be used across all of our digital channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will get an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting digital marketing campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create digital content that crosses multiple social platforms and email marketing;
- Manage and respond to all customer dialogue through the various social touch points;
- Implement digital strategies in-house, and act as a liaison with external digital media suppliers;
- Assess the success of each campaign, including online analytics, evaluate results and implement improvements;
- Review website analytics;
- Oversee maintenance of website, including uploading pictures, website changes, and updates;
- Create and maintain social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.);
- Manage the e-commerce website and drives sales and customers to the sites;
- Assist with other marketing initiatives through traditional channels as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Marketing role with digital marketing experience;
- Degree or Diploma with a focus in Marketing, or Communication (or other relevant field);
- Facebook Blueprint certification a strong asset;
- Google AdWords certification and/or experience a strong asset;
- Fluent with Adobe Suite is an asset (video editing, photoshop etc.)
Specific Skills and Knowledge
- Creativity - ability to create content that is creative, informative and captivates a specific audience;
- Working knowledge of online analytics
- Must to communicate effectively in person and have very strong written communication.
- Task-oriented with strong sense of urgency;

- This is an in-office Monday-Friday role, 37.5 hours/week
- Office location: 60 Highfield Park Drive in Dartmouth (Atrium)
