Duration: Permanent

Hours: 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (Flexible Working time)

The role: We are seeking a multi-talented candidate to join our fun and fast growing team and help deliver memorable marketing campaigns with engaging designs and artwork. Our brand is eye-catching and extremely visual, with a growing presence on social media. The ideal person for this role must not only possess an eye for detail but also have the creativity needed to shape brand identity across all design outputs, making sure everything looks great!

With workload split 80/20 between digital/print, You'll be focusing mainly on graphic design, but you'll also have the opportunity to showcase your skills with photography—from flat lay images to fashion lifestyle shots that can then be used on social media channels, webpages, emails and advertising.

The Candidate: Experience in digital design, product photography and customer journey is essential, as well as the ability to deliver campaign assets across all channels to deadlines. A natural and genuine interest in the beauty/fashion industry is key and the ability to research and create design boards for briefs, to conceptualise all customer campaign touch points (from packaging to advertorials and email campaigns) while maximising creative opportunities that drive conversion and build brand awareness. Furthermore experience in creating and working to brand guidelines and logo design.

This role will be based working out of our office/warehouse in Newport, South Wales where we will be creating our own photo studios.

Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, creative individual with excellent communication and technical editing abilities. A self- starter who knows how to make a lasting impression on their audience - delivering engaging content in modern yet fashionable ways that others would consider perfection.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proven design industry experience, preferably within fashion, retail or beauty.
  • Proven experience in digital photography with good knowledge of editing software both stills and video, especially experienced using Mac software
  • Proactivity in preparation and styling, using your own initiative to get the right shot and content
  • An excellent working knowledge in the field of digital photography and with the use of lighting equipment
  • Good time management with the ability to work at pace.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines with a well organised approach.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive and ambitious attitude.
  • Confident presenting and explaining ideas.
  • Fashion & Beauty experience is preferred
  • Proficient in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional + Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Sketch, After Effects & Final Cut Pro
