Excellent opportunity to join a well-respected agricultural company to play a key role within the sales and marketing function. The Market Support Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Galebreaker’s world-class customer service levels through internal sales and marketing initiatives.
This varied role not only involves advising customers and dealers on the best possible products to enhance the welfare and productivity of their livestock, but supporting the delivery of a range of marketing activities.
We are looking for someone with an agricultural background or strong interest in the sector, who will use this knowledge to communicate with our customers both over the phone and through marketing initiatives.
Galebreaker works with external marketing agencies who bring their specialist knowledge to the marketing function, so experience in marketing is not required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers and dealers – providing an excellent customer experience at all times
- Advise and prepare quotations for UK customers on basic products
- Enter and process incoming orders (UK and European)
- Using Hubspot CRM, send out regular communication to our customers and distribution network
- Co-ordinate show attendance and ensure all materials are organised and available to the internal sales team
- Schedule social media posts, working with external agencies to develop content
- Maintain Galebreaker’s internal and external websites with the support of the Market Support Manager.
Applicant Profile
- Must have an interest in agriculture and desire to learn more about the industry
- Confident and friendly communication, verbal and written
- Marketing experience is an advantage
- Can-do, hands on attitude
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
