What we’re looking for?

We are looking for a HR Advisor to deliver a HR advisory service to managers and colleagues ensuring that strategic objectives, business plans and local customer needs are met.

The role is based at our head office located in Celtic Spring’s, Newport, working on a hybrid basis and supporting the Wales geographical area. The role will require travel across this geographical area, depending on the need of the HR support required.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Have experience of working in a operational HR environment
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Implement current employment legislation and HR best practice

You’ll need to have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced of using SuccessFactors or a similar HR system
