We seek an experienced, inspirational midwife to provide ambitious, brave and compassionate leadership based in our Womens Hospital. Our families need safe, personalised, expert care. You will promote quality improvement, champion professional practice, making sure the voices of those for whom we care are central across our services. As a key member of our multi-professional team you will support and empower leaders to manage services to provide the best possible outcomes and experiences for all.
We are a leading Perinatal Centre; one of the largest centres in the UK. We are the designated Fetal Medicine centre for the West Midlands and Wales with a regional maternal medicine centre. We care for a diverse population with around 8,000 babies born at our Trust per annum. Our level 3 Neonatal Unit provides care for babies from 22weeks gestation with pathways of care linked to our specialist services at our Childrens Hospital site.
