Key Responsibilities:
Job Segment: Consulting, User Experience, Consultant, Service, Technology, Contract
o Lead UX efforts across your team, championing our customers while driving discussions, workshops, rapid prototyping, user testing and polished application designs
o Create UX deliverables including user personas, site maps, co ncept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate the product architecture, idea and functionality to team members.
o Work with the Director of UX Strategy and Design to help define overarching product and services strategy, pattern libraries and visual storytelling.
o Focused on discovery, create UX design strategy for different types digital initiatives, develop compelling point-of-views and or proof-of-concepts leading to design detaili ng.
o Juggle multiple projects and priorities while balancing both tactical short term and strategic long term goals and initiatives
o Be a mentor and UX thought leader within the consulting team and throughout the company
o Help us define ourUX team and culture bring new methodologies, perspectives, tools and best practices to change the way we work for the better
o Participate in design reviews with the UX team and other stakeholders can present and articulate your work and give and rec eive feedback
o Ensure standards and best practices are appropriately communicated and documented.
o Extract MVP from major strategic initiatives and build associated roadmaps
o Conduct formal and informal user research and testing of in-progress wo rk to provide optimization of existing application produce professional research reports
Requirements
o An online portfolio showcasing first-rate design chops and solutions to big UX product problems as well as your user-centered process.
o 8 year in a UX Designer or Product Designer role, with prior experience operating at a senior level
o Strategic, big-picture vision combined with tactical, Global Service delivery
o Demonstrable skills facilitating workshops and running user testing with internal and external stakeholders
o Ability to plan and manage your own workload
o A Passion for users and design trends and an understanding of UX and design best practices, and knowing which one to use
