Business Development Executive
This is an exciting opportunity available for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 with an OTE upwards of £40,000 specialising in Legal and HR solutions. Hours are Mon- Fri 8.30am – 5pm
Location: Remote
About the role:
As a Business Development Executive you will achieve maximum sales and profitability, both individually and at company level by presenting their products to the highest standard possible and ensuring customer needs are fully met. You will also project a professional personal image. To take responsibility for self-development and present innovative ideas.

Key responsibilities of our Business Development Executive
- Outbound calls to warm leads
- Converting initial enquires into sales by listening to our customers and matching products to their requirements
- Communicating with existing and potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our bespoke services and products
- Meeting individual targets and contributing to team targets
- Managing your own diary to follow up on potential customer leads
What we are looking for in our Business Development Executive
- Previous B2B EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
- Strong ability to actively listen and identify windows of opportunity to sell/upsell
