The opportunity

At EY, the Customer Consultant will work alongside and report to Senior Consultants and Management providing day to day administration support to coordinate and manage countries across the EY network to ensure Global Mobility services are delivered and that agreed KPIs/SLAs are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The role is supporting the non-technical elements of tax compliance administration.

As a customer consultant you’ll support the Team with the seamless end-to-end client / customer experience across all Tax services. You’ll support an effective and efficiently coordinated team delivery to our clients in a timely and profitable manner.

Your key responsibilities

In your role as Consultant, you will have responsibility for:

  • Day to day delivery of positive relationships with EY teams
  • Day to day administration support in the delivery of services & reporting within the parameters of a detailed scope of services and service level agreement against agreed KPIs & SLAs
  • Day to day administration support with the financial performance of a client portfolio, including billing support
  • Day to day administration support with the development of each client engagement within a portfolio through enhancements to processes and engagement improvements
  • Continuous learning and personal development
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must:

  • Demonstrate some administration and customer service / client coordination experience
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Demonstrate strong organisation skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to be articulate



Ideally, you might also have:


  • Enhanced technology skills
  • Experience in a shared service centre, call centre, operational delivery centre or similar
