Who are you?
We are currently seeking individuals who have a curiosity and desire to use technology to help others. Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and solving technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service utilizing your exceptional diagnostic skills and interpersonal abilities. Swiftly resolving customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction will be a key focus.
As a GTS IT Concierge you will:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot assistance to clients via phone, email, chat or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive, prioritize, and manage service requests from internal clients.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing clear and concise instructions and guidance.
- Escalate complex or critical incidents to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure prompt resolution has been met. Communicate incident updates to clients and provide status reports as needed.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in managing IT assets including hardware and software inventory, license tracking, and equipment deployment. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely replacements and repairs.
- Conduct training sessions and provide orientation as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
To join us you should have:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
- 1+ relevant industry years of experience.
- Relevant certifications (i.e. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
- Proven experience in providing technical support and customer service in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications and network fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $51,300 - $62,700 commensurate with qualifications.
