More about the role
As a Compliance Partner it will be your job to ensure that the appropriate compliance processes throughout the CFC are carried out in a legal and timely manner, supporting and actively engaging all Partners in the importance of a compliance culture that supports the safe and legal CFC operation.
The key responsibilities include:
Completing associated office administration that supports the twice yearly audit and the day to day schedules of compliance
To ensure all date coding activity is completed on time and scheduling adhered to through daily, weekly and monthly checks
To ensure that all cleaning schedules are completed on time and to standard
To complete daily AM/PM checks throughout the site to support compliance standards and adherence
Removal of stock to support the replenishment of the on site Partner Shop
Partner Shop processes including completing sales through the till, date checking and replenishment of short coded stock
To ensure that all paperwork and processes are accurately completed, and be able to assist with compliance audit visits as required
The skills you’ll need
Experience of working with compliance and audit paperwork
PC Skills: Google Suite, Excel & Word
