Care Home Manager - Residential Service
Location : Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire
Position: Residential Home Manager
Salary: Up to £28k per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
About the company:
Our care home is located in Thornton - Cleveleys . It is a small but lovely, friendly home with a dedicated team of staff. Residents have access to wide range of care provision with a clear focus on person centred care. The home provides care high quality care to older adults with dementia, age related needs including physical disability and sensory impairment. Our aim is to ensure resident have choice and support to be involved in their care and decision making and remain as active and independent as possible whilst having the support and care of our dedicated staff. We are looking for a Residential Home Manager to join our home.
About the role:
The Home Manager will maintain responsibility for all aspects of resident care within the setting, developing, and building strong relationships with Local Authorities, CQC and Primary Care Trust Commissioners. You will be the forefront in leading the team in ensuring safe and effective care is always provided, guiding, and supporting the team to ensure CQC compliance standards are maintained, taking appropriate action where needed. You will lead all operational aspects working alongside the senior management team to develop and strengthen clinical practise, systems, and processes, maintain staffing levels and create effective strategies for the direction of growth of the home.

About you:
We are looking for a passionate and confident leader who has experience managing a team, ideally currently holding a team leader or deputy manager position. You will be an effective communicator and keen to share your knowledge and experience with the team to ensure the high standard of care we strive to deliver whilst creating a compassionate and respectful environment for both residents and staff.
