Our client provides Residential and Nursing care services to the elderly across the UK, they focus on creating a warm and inclusive environment in which residents feel secure and respected.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Quality and Compliance Manager (Care Homes):
- Providing support to the Head of Quality in monitoring and reviewing service quality
- Providing effective communication with regards to non-compliance including strategic development for achieving quality
- Monitoring services on a regular basis and providing written reports on findings
- Coordinate and carry out audits, ensuring action plans are adhered to
- Supporting Home Managers in preparation for inspections and external audits
- Identifying and responding to any issues and serious concerns within the Homes
Requirements for the Quality and Compliance Manager (Care Homes):
- Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration
- Experience within a similar role and/or a proven track record in the successful management of Care Homes
- Clear DBS
- Driving license
