Main responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Ensuring standard cash handling and other site procedures are followed, communicated and understood by staff.
- Providing training where required to correct failures and improve standards.
- Identify and investigate data quality issues from within the CRM systems.
- Working closely with site supervisors to understand system requirements and improvements.
- Working closely with the Finance Team to ensure systems and procedures are working with the company’s financial and banking systems.
The ability to travel to all sites operated by Lincs Inspire will be essential.
