Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a Compliance Administration Assistant for a permanent role to provide support to the Estates Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager.
You will be supporting the Operational Maintenance Manager and Estates Manager to ensure the College is maintained to a high standard and compliant with legislation. The important support you provide will help with the handover of building projects to the Works Department and well as providing general administrative duties, including operation of the department’s new electronic compliance portal, logging of building plans and asset data collection.
The successful candidate should be a self-starter with the initiative to work independently as well as part of a team, computer literate with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can build a rapport with external contractors. Administration experience is vital to this role.
Salary: Grade 3 of the University Salary Scale, £23,197 to £24,715 per annum, (discretionary up to £26,642 per annum) depending on skills and experience.

The working hours are 36.5 per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, as the post will be offered on a hybrid basis with remote working at home and some occasional office work.
