Within Rentokil Initial, HR, is a source of expertise on people issues in our business. Our HR practitioners enable the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of the organisation’s goals. How we communicate our organisation, brand and values both internally and externally is at the heart of the work in our Communications Team.
- By joining the HR function you will gain exposure to areas such as Talent Management and Leadership development.
- Understand how HR operational Excellence is key to our function and work on our colleague survey – Your Voice Counts.
- You will be involved in ongoing graduate training and group projects.
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about culture and how people contribute to an organization's success.
- The ability to get on with a range of people and work well in a team.
- Managing projects, implementing change and supporting countries on a global scale
If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- Must have legal right to work within the UK without sponsorship
- Must have graduated within the last 4 years
- Be able to demonstrate an interest and passion for the function they are joining
- Be able to work at our Crawley site
- Be able to attend/complete the recruitment process
- If successful must be able to attend assessment centre
- Start with RI in early September
- Work experience highly beneficial
- Proficiency in other languages is a real plus but not essential
