About us
The Kettering practice is a well-established practice with 2 of our Vets having over 20 years of experience as Vet Surgeons. The role provides a varied consulting caseload that will allow the less experienced to hone their skills. Teamwork is key in our team with knowledge sharing on cases encouraged to ensure good patient outcomes. We are supported by VetCT tele-radiology as well as unlimited VerCT telemedicine support for those trickier cases. We have 3 full time Vets, 2 part time Vets, 5 RVN's and 1 SVN.
The practice is well equipped, including digital x-ray, consult rooms, separate kennels, cattery, prep and theatre.
About the role
Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Due to the particular needs of the business we need to operate a rota system, therefore there are no normal times of work applicable to you and your daily hours, start and finish times will vary from time to time on a rota system. The rota operates Monday to Friday inclusive. In addition, you may also be required to participate in a weekend rota.
The graduate would be supported by our Senior Vet who has worked at Easipetcare for over 10 years. There would a structured development plan that would allow the graduate to increase their knowledge and develop their skills.
