WELCOMING CUSTOMERS TAKING BOOKINGS COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMER QUERIES AND ENQUIRIES .PROCESSING PAYMENTS AND CASH HANDLING .INTERACTING AND COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES .
EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS PREFERED THOUGH TRAINING CAN BE GIVEN MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER ABLE TO WORK IN A BUSY ENVIROMENT MUST BE CONFIDENT AND OUTGOING AND UNDERSTANDING WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH A GOOD TELEPHONE MANNER.
NO SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED MUST BE ABLE TO USE COMPUTER BASED PROGRAME BE POLITE HELPFUL UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO LISTEN .
