About the role
We’re looking for our next Community Engagement Coordinator to join the Marketing team in the EMEA region. You’ll play the pivotal role of being the bridge that connects us with our community, fostering meaningful engagement and supporting teachers in their journey with Edpuzzle. This role will focus on developing and creating live events, micro PD sessions, and webinars that organically grow the community’s engagement with Edpuzzle.

As part of your role, you’ll also support the Events team at major conferences by becoming an Edpuzzle ambassador. You’ll ensure our name resonates throughout the sessions by igniting discussions among presenters and our internal team members to amplify our presence and leave a lasting impression. Lastly, this role will partner with the Sales and School Success teams to ensure that training and support materials are available to help achieve new business and renewal revenue goals.

This position will be working remotely from the EMEA region, reporting directly to our Regional Marketing Manager based in the UK and collaborating with colleagues from all around the world on a daily basis.

About the job:

  • Support educators in their Edpuzzle journey
  • Design and execute engaging certifications, live events, and webinars that teachers will love and that will grow engagement among our community
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Edpuzzle courses and trainings
  • Serve as point person for the translations of training materials into Edpuzzle official languages to support growth internationally when needed
  • Work alongside the local Events team to ensure that Edpuzzle is being talked about by independent presenters during conference sessions. Connect with presenters, build relationships, and offer support
  • Support the coordination of our in-booth presentations by enlisting influencers to drive traffic to our booths at major regional conferences
  • Present at major conferences when needed
  • Partner with Sales and School Success teams to support training needs
  • Support regional trainings as needed
  • Model direct, explicit, and systematic instruction including effective teaching techniques and strategies using Edpuzzle
  • Work with other specialists to design trainings on using technology integration to support instruction with Edpuzzle for new as well as experienced teachers
  • Find Edpuzzle superstars on social media or at events and get them to join our community
  • Become an Edpuzzle expert and do trainings and demos on the spot using a pre-set template
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10-20% for conferences and events; will vary depending on your location

About you:

  • You have at least 3 years of professional Community Engagement experience
  • You have classroom teaching experience
  • You have experience leading trainings on using edtech tools in the classroom
  • You have experience building and facilitating live events
  • You have experience organizing and putting together the logistics of live events
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable using data to make educated decisions and find trends
  • You have a clear passion for training other educators
  • You’re comfortable leading presentations and speaking in front of large audiences
  • You have experience collaborating on international teams, displaying strong multicultural awareness and sensitivity

Bonus skills:

  • If you also speak other languages in addition to English, you’ll have a wider reach when it comes to supporting our community
  • You have experience using and presenting about Edpuzzle
  • You’re active on social media and comfortable engaging with and creating content
  • You’re connected with other edtech companies and are part of their community
