Exciting opportunities have arisen within Southern Health Foundation Trust to appoint 2 efficient and motivated Community Nursery Nurses one in the Eastleigh SN Team based at Moorgreen Hospital and the other in New Forest & Romsey SN team based at Tatchbury Mount. You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. SHFT is committed to improving the quality of child health services across Hampshire and takes pride in rewarding the success of its staff.
You will be part of a skill mixed team and you will be required to promote child health and parenting skills for families by participating in planned programmes of care under the supervision of a registered practitioner. You will need to be committed to working to achieve healthy outcomes for children and have an awareness of aspects of safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.
With a positive approach to customer care, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently.
Applicants must have excellent IT skills as you will be required to record clinical data in the electronic record system.
Due to the nature of the post, it is expected that you will have access to a car, a full driving licence and insurance for business use.
