About Our Client
Our client is one of the UK's most successful property development companies, with a portfolio of some hugely well known projects and outdoor spaces around London. The West End based team are looking for someone new to come aboard, into a modern and social environment.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of this Management Accountant role will be:
- BAU and compliance reporting predominantly for Related Argent entities, including:
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- VAT return preparation
- CIS return preparation
- Quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements roll forward
- Support the Financial & Management Accountants in raising intercompany recharges and ensuring timely flow of funds between entities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Management Accountant will have:
- Part Qualified: ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar accountancy role
- Mentoring and managing the Finance Assistants.
- Demonstrable understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Prior experience with month-end processes
