Job summary:


As a Digital Expert working for Porsche, you will support the Porsche Centre Marketing colleagues with the online marketing strategy. With overall responsibility for updating and maintaining the online appearance of the Centre as the customers first touchpoint with the brand, you will ensure the latest content on both the Centre webpage and social channels.

Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Creating high engagement on social channels (e.g. engaging posts, quizzes/ competitions), acknowledging comments and responses promptly to develop connections with potential Centre visitors.
  • Distributing marketing content across all customer touchpoints with aligned content, tailored to individual target groups.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer comments, reviews and posts on social media where appropriate in a timely, professional and brand adequate manner.
  • Acting as an online concierge, ensuring online customers are assisted and directed to the appropriate place or person.
  • Aligning social content to support sales/ after sales needs by raising awareness – balancing both engagement and business requirements.
  • Working in close collaboration (or in combination with) a Porsche Pro or Sales Consultant to quickly and accurately respond to product related questions.
  • Identifying comments which hint at interest in Porsche's products or services and engaging with them to generate leads.
  • Acts as an interface for online requests (e.g. test drive scheduling, consultation appointments) by handing over the customer to the right person in the team.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working within a Marketing and Digital Marketing capacity.
  • A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • The ability to quickly build strong relationships, conversing with others professionally, clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure, with a determined and goal oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently, with a confident yet personable manner.
  • A strong attention to detail, taking pride in their work at all times.
