Job description

We are now looking for a Lottery Administrator to support the Lottery Manager with the day-to-day Administration involved in running the TLC Lottery, including assisting with Marketing, promotional and Social Media content. Will be required to keep up to date in the knowledge and understanding of the Gambling Act 2005. (full training provided)You will be:Responsible to answer and handle incoming calls and email queries.keep accurate, up to date statistical reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Be required to support the lottery manager to ensure the TLC Lottery database system is effectively maintained.Liaising with owner charities, external fundraisers, and computer bureau.Creating and scheduling weekly content on social media platformsWorking with a small team in the office once a week (Wednesday)Required to attend conferences and meetings to further enhance your training when required.Actively supporting good communication practices within your work and promote and maintain good teamwork.Actively support the equal opportunities policy of TLC Lottery.You will have:Previous administrative experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint and can create and maintain administrative/filing systems.Accurate data entry, empathy for the work of the charities, reliable and confidential. You’ll be flexible and self-motivated.Good understanding of social media as you’ll be creating, scheduling, and posting campaigns and weekly content. Experience with Facebooks ads manager preferred.Experience with Canva and InDesign desirable (full training will be given).Experience within a Marketing and or Social Media environment desirable.Please note you will not be employed by Acorns Children's Hospice but directly by TLC Lotteries Ltd.Due to office location you will ideally hold a valid Drivers License.What we offerUp to £24,000 per annum37.5 hours per weekHybrid workingBike-to-Work schemeGenerous contribution to group personal pension plan or continuation of current NHS pension schemeNHS pension scheme life assurance or Acorns group life assurance schemeJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: Up to £24,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
