Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join the community IV Team.The post-holder is responsible for providing the ongoing nursing care for patients requiring Intravenous (IV) therapy in the community.

The post-holder will carry out all forms of clinical care associated with IV therapy and assessment of care needs including the individual development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients.
