Your opportunity
We are in search of a highly motivated, organised and proactive team player to provide comprehensive support to the EMEA President. As the PA to the EMEA President, you will be responsible for managing their diary, coordinating appointments and meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
How you Contribute:
- Support the EMEA President with effective diary management including prioritising and scheduling internal & external meetings/ conference calls across time zones and showroom appointments
- First point of contact for all queries and telephone calls directed to the EMEA President
- Preparing and providing support during internal and external meetings including scheduling/preparing rooms, recording notes/ minutes and action plans and follow up as appropriate
- Organising frequent and complex travel arrangement including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, meetings and calls, together with compiling the required materials for business trips in advance
- Support in building presentations such as monthly regional calls, budget presentations.
- Assist with the drafting and editing emails, memos and communications when required
- Dealing with confidential correspondence and information
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system and support in organising mail-outs/ distribution of materials as required
Who you are:
- You have previous experience in a similar role
- Previous fashion industry experience desired but not essential
- You have strong planning, prioritisation and follow up skills
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable interacting across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- High integrity and discretion at all times
- You have strong attention to detail
- You are confident in managing expectations and conflicting priorities and you are not confronted with ambiguity
- You are comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to deliver high quality results
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have excellent MS office skills and open to learn new business systems
- Educated to a degree level or having equivalent qualifications
