The Senior Manager of Global Web & Social Communications will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance and strategic operations of Regeneron’s global corporate digital presence, with a focus on in-country corporate websites, global social media operations and campaign analytics.

The successful candidate will be part of a global Corporate Affairs team that thinks strategically and operates at a high level to support Regeneron’s expanding global presence, with a focus on: building a strong corporate reputation for Regeneron, sustaining culture and driving engagement through stakeholder communications, and entrenching corporate responsibility as core to Regeneron’s identity – all while growing understanding and support for our company, pipeline and science.

This role is open for hybrid work - 2-3 days / wk. onsite at our HQ Campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is not available as a fully remote role

A typical day might include:

Collaborating with Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory, IT and agency partners to develop 6-8 new external-facing in-country corporate websites. Strategic project management to ensure all materials are in line with corporate brand and digital standards, aligned on narrative and messaging, and in compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with corporate brand team to review agency/IT development of web components and templates, ensure adherence to brand/accessibility guidelines and consistent pull through across corporate web ecosystem
Define measurement strategy and oversee IT/agency implementation of analytics tags, site functional requirements
Partnering with Corporate Communications leadership team to inform next iteration of corporate branding and pull through across digital ecosystem.
Establish a cadence of website reporting to understand user pathing behaviors, on-site performance analytics to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization
Work with agency to conduct peer landscape, trend and usability assessment to define next-generation design and functionality optimizations
Partner with Corporate Communications team to understand audience behaviors, corporate narrative and messaging priorities to inform content architecture for next generation of websites
Supporting global social media channel operations.
Support maintenance and distribution of web and social media SOPs, liaise with IT to maintain list of authorized channels and users
Creation of select social media content, support paid campaign execution

To be considered for this role you must posses a bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of relevant digital communications experience with knowledge of various formats, functionality and channels of internal and external communications: i.e., website, social media, programmatic media, intranet. Strong project management skills with an ability to translate complex information for different audiences through creative and varied approaches. Experience with data analytics tools, content management systems and web hosting platforms

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$126,600.00 - $206,600.00
