Job description

This is an exciting time to join our growing team at Great Minds Together. As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide crucial support for families in crisis, children with SEND and/or SEMH needs and 24-hour therapeutic intervention support in a residential setting.

Job title: Communications and Marketing Officer

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

The role

As our Communications and Marketing Officer, you will be an integral part of our organisation and will work alongside our Co-Founders and Operations Director to ensure that Great Minds Together reaches a wider audience.

You will be responsible for the analysis, scheduling, and publishing of our online content to social platforms as well as drive insight and provide recommendations to develop a best-in-class publishing strategy.

Duties of the role

· Manage the company website to a high standard and monitor its performance to help drive future strategies and investments.

· Create and design company wide used brochures, leaflets, prospectuses as well as branded merchandise.

· Take ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective.

· Design and execute social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implantation.

· Report on scheduled content, tasks, and reports for weekly/ monthly meetings.

Requirements

· A minimum of one year experience in a similar role.

· Strong experience in content and events planning.

· Experience with branding design, graphic design, and web design.
